YIZKOR Booklet

We are putting together a list of all names of loved ones to be remembered during Yizkor service on Yom Kippur. Having all these names compiled into one booklet, brings everyone together as a family and brings an added measure of dignity and merit to the souls of our loved ones. 
Please fill in the names of your departed loved ones on this form link. $18 per name. ​
Deadline for submission: Fri Sep 18, 12:00pm.
