Chabad of West Houston is having a month long campaign to help us cover the flurry of programs either run by or co-sponsored by Chabad of West Houston from Purim till Passover.
Chabad of West Houston is running 2 Community Wide Seders. No Jew is turned away because of any financial circumstances.
Our Rabbi Red Fund will also provide financial, social and emotional support including, rental assistance, tuition assistance and Passover Food to many that need our help.
Chabad of West Houston will co-sponsor the following Friendship Circle programs: the Friendship Circle Adult Division Model Seder for Richmond, Brenham and Lufkin State Supported living Centers and a Model Seder at the Menninger Clinic.
Chabad of West Houston will also co-sponsor a portion of the Chabad Outreach Jewish Inmate Services for offenders around the State of Texas in TDCJ units.
We are dedicated to serving our community and want to make sure no one is left behind - and now we’re asking for your support to help us help others, together.
Running an operation like Chabad of West Houston’s requires a major investment of time, energy, and capital. While Rabbi and Mrs. Goldstein work tirelessly to ensure that no Jew is left behind, the day-to-day expenses of operating a Chabad center can be daunting. Rather than charging membership fees or exorbitant event prices, which could alienate some people, we rely on the generosity of the community that we serve. To that end, we are launching a month long crowd funding campaign of $54,000 to help cover the increased programming expenses of the coming month.
You can be a partner in everything we do by contributing to our campaign , and by spreading the word. Maimonides says that every good deed, no matter how small, tips the scale of humanity toward goodness. Today you have the opportunity to see the impact of that deed multiplied many times over. Join us by making a donation today!
May y'all be blessed with a Kosher, Safe, Healthy and Happy Pesach!
